As a founder who began as a creative freelancer, I’ve noticed a significant disconnect between creativity and its underlying objectives, affecting both creatives and businesses. The uncertainty surrounding the process of commercialising creativity often leads to burnout and unmet, unrealistic expectations. Having spent nearly a decade as a creative, working with some of the biggest brands and influencers in Slovakia, I am now focused on revolutionising the creative industry by developing systems and processes that effectively connect talented individuals with companies. Drawing from my own experience, I believe that embracing creativity is the best path to achieving your goals.
